Accessibility Statement
TREDWLL wants every tradesperson to be able to shop this store, whatever they use to browse it. This page says where we stand, honestly.
What we are aiming for
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the standard US courts and regulators generally point to.
Where we actually stand
We are working toward that target and we have not yet had this store audited by an independent accessibility specialist. We are not claiming full conformance, and parts of the site almost certainly fall short. We would rather tell you that than post a badge we cannot back.
What we have done so far
- Text and background colours are chosen for contrast, not just for looks.
- Product images carry descriptive alternative text.
- Headings follow a real outline, so a screen reader can move through a page.
- Buttons and links are labelled by what they do, not by "click here".
- The store works without a mouse: everything reachable by pointer is reachable by keyboard.
- Nothing important is carried by colour alone.
Known limitations
- Some third-party components — payment forms, the checkout, apps — are supplied by Shopify and its partners. We do not control their markup and cannot guarantee their behaviour with assistive technology.
- Older content and images published before this statement may not meet the same standard.

If any part of this store gets in your way, tell us through our contact page. Describe the page and what happened — that is enough, you do not need to know the technical term for it. We answer within one business day, and if something blocks a purchase we will take your order by email in the meantime.
