This website is operated by Aurum Iovis Ventures LLC, trading as TREDWLL. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TREDWLL. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the website or use any of its services.

Any new feature or tool added to the current store is also subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of them by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of it.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website, and may be available in limited quantities. They are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour is accurate, and slight variation in shade and finish can occur between production runs.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order — including orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address given when the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to update that information promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use you make of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information, or to cancel an order affected by one, at any time and without prior notice — including after you have submitted your order. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any amount charged is refunded in full.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel it at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall TREDWLL, Aurum Iovis Ventures LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages — arising from your use of the Service or of any product procured through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and in no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the products concerned.

SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TREDWLL, Aurum Iovis Ventures LLC and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, subcontractors, interns and employees, from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

SECTION 15 — SHIPPING, DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CHARGEBACKS

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control.

If something is wrong with your order, write to us first. We ask that you allow us 30 days from dispatch to resolve a delivery problem before opening a dispute or a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback on an order that was delivered, or one we were never given the chance to fix, is a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to recover the resulting costs.

SECTION 16 — TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities incurred by both parties before the termination date survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or by ceasing to use our site.

SECTION 17 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms of Service, and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written. Any ambiguity in their interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements by which we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of them by posting updates here. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any change constitutes acceptance of it.

SECTION 20 — ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation — not when you receive an order confirmation email, which is only an acknowledgement that we received your order.

We do not operate subscriptions and we will never charge you on a recurring basis. Every charge corresponds to an order you placed yourself.
